Refund Policy
Overview
We want you to be satisfied. This policy explains returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases from Canine Caddies.
Eligibility
- Apparel and accessories: Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
- Custom or personalized items: Final sale unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Golf balls (pre‑owned): Sold by condition (PRISTINE, PREMIUM, VERY GOOD, GOOD, LOGO). Because these are pre‑owned, returns are accepted only if the balls materially differ from the listed condition or are damaged in transit. Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if there’s an issue.
- Electronics, tools, and other gear: Returnable within 30 days if in original condition and packaging.
How to return
- Email support@caninecaddies.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions.
- Ship the item back within 14 days of authorization using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Refunds and exchanges
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Exchanges are processed as a new order once the returned item is received. If you need a replacement faster, place a new order and return the original per the instructions.
Non‑returnable items
Gift cards, final‑sale items, and items clearly marked as non‑returnable cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support@caninecaddies.com within 7 days with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping if applicable.
