Processing Time
Most in‑house items ship within 1–2 business days. Print‑on‑demand or third‑party items may take longer; estimated processing times are shown on each product page.
Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers) and provide tracking for all shipments where available. Carrier selection depends on package size, destination, and service availability.
Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Ireland, New Zealand, United Kingdom. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees; these are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated. Delivery times for international orders vary by destination. Please see below for additional information regarding potential duties or taxes that may be applied to your shipment.

Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@caninecaddies.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships but cannot guarantee modifications once fulfillment begins.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If tracking shows a delivery issue or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos and tracking details. We’ll work with the carrier and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

International Duties and Taxes
Import Authority & Responsibility: By placing an order for international delivery, you (the "Customer") are designated as the Importer of Record. You are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Payment of Duties: Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). All Import Fees are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Canine Caddies Golf Co. has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Since the suspension of de minimis (duty-free) thresholds, even low-value items may incur significant charges. If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any applicable return shipping/customs fees will be deducted from your refund.
Dynamic Pricing & Regulatory Adjustments
Tariff and Regulatory Surcharges: Canine Caddies Golf Co. reserves the right to adjust advertised prices at any time to reflect changes in international trade policy, including but not limited to the imposition of new tariffs under Sections 201, 232, or 301 of the Trade Act.
Post-Purchase Adjustments: In the event that a new tariff or trade penalty is enacted between the date of your order and the date of shipment that increases our cost of goods by more than 5%, we reserve the right to 1) Cancel the order and provide a full refund; OR 2) Contact you to request payment of a "Tariff Surcharge." Your order will not ship until this surcharge is paid or you elect to cancel the order.
Force Majeure & Government Action
Shipping Delays & Government Intervention: Canine Caddies Golf Co. is not liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party carriers, customs clearance procedures, border closures, or changes in international commerce regulations. Such events are considered Force Majeure. We do not guarantee delivery dates for international orders, and "late delivery" shall not be grounds for a refund of shipping fees where the delay is caused by regulatory inspections or government-mandated hold periods.
Tariff Refund Waiver
Claim to Duty Refunds: In the event that any government authority issues a refund or "drawback" of duties previously paid on goods sold by Canine Caddies Golf Co., such refunds shall belong to the party that originally remitted the payment to the customs authority. If you paid the duties directly to a customs broker or carrier, you are responsible for seeking your own recovery.
